Payment

The participation fee and the conference dinner (35€) should be paid at the registration.

Possibility to apply for an exemption from the participation fee
We also want to enable the conference participation of those who might not have the financial means to pay the participation fee. For example, you might be a student, asylum seeker, undocumented, pensioner, single parent, or otherwise in a pressing situation. If you wish to apply for an exemption from the participation fee, please send a short (maximum one page), free-form application to the organizing committee: genderstudiesconference2022@oulu.fi. We will accept a limited number of applications for free participation.
